Great place to unwind. Restaurant staff are very helpful, the food is great more than I expected. Also, the pool attendant was very friendly, he made sure to give us what we needed. But the swimming pool is dirty as you can see in the photo.
Five stars is not enough! I ran into a difficult situation with my taxi fare. Employee Abdullah stepped in immediately, handled the payment, and saved my day. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness and proactive service. This hotel doesn't just offer rooms they provide a true sense of home and safety. A huge thank you to (Employee Abdullah ) and the wonderful team.
Great service and great staff very well trained and the price is very fair compared to the area prices. I stayed in the Royal suites single bedroom. For a month they have the swimming pool at 24 hour gym, laundry service room, service and the restaurant. The only downside was the parking a little bit tight but other than that great place and great people.
Exceptional Experience – Truly 5 Star! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The atmosphere was calm, luxurious, and very welcoming. What truly made my stay special was the outstanding service. I would especially like to praise Mr Islam from Bangladesh for their exceptional professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. Their warm attitude and willingness to help made a big difference and truly represent the high standards of this hotel. The housekeeping, reception, and overall service were excellent. Everything was organized, clean, and handled efficiently. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and top-class hospitality. I will definitely return again! And very very very Special Thanks to Emirates Airline while we want back to Jeddah Airport due to flight cancelation they facilitate us beyond our expectations they gave us free hotel stay free Sahoor And Iftar it was mind blowing a very very special thanks to Emirates Airline and the Government of UAE.. they stood with us all the time❤️👍
Proffessionalism at its best Very friendly staff ,always going an extra mile to be of assistance to you as a customer Had a birthday 2celebrate there and Abdullah at the reception went an extra mile to organise the best and delicious one for me . House keepers all doing an excellent job Place is Super Clean ,the guys who assist one in and out of the rooms (forgotten the exact name ) but they were so excellent in their work
