Our stay at Maien Taiba Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making our visit to Madinah even more special. The staff were friendly, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to our housekeeping staff member Tanil Akib. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a huge difference during our stay. Our room was always spotless, and he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Our stay at the hotel was excellent and very comfortable. The staff were amazing — very friendly, helpful, cooperative, and always quick to respond to any request. The laundry service was also outstanding, and anything we needed was delivered promptly. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious with many great options. The hotel was very clean, and its location was perfect, very close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and the Rawdah Gate. The Wi-Fi service was also fast and reliable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was travelling with my parents, and we all had a good experience. The housekeeping staff were very helpful and responded quickly whenever we needed them. Appreciate the support we got from all the staff, especially Md Nazmul, Syed Shihab, Saiful and their supervisor Abdullah Mamun. Disliked · We stayed in a room with three beds. There was only one sofa, so most of the time we had to sit on the bed. Also, there was a view of a building void through the window of our room, which may make some people feel claustrophobic. Therefore, ask for a room with a city view.
I am very happy with my stay at Maien Taiba Hotel. Mr. Hafiz Arifur Rohman and Supervisor Nurnobi were extremely helpful, kind, and professional throughout my visit. I truly appreciate their support. The housekeeping team was also very helpful and did an excellent job keeping everything clean and comfortable. The service was always prompt and friendly. The hotel has a great location in Madinah, making it very convenient for visiting important places. The rooms are neat, well-maintained, and comfortable. Overall, the staff provided outstanding hospitality, and I had a very pleasant experience. Thank you to the entire team—I highly recommend this hotel!
