I expected this restaurant to be good. It was better. The atmosphere, amazing.,The service, wonderful, and the food was on another level. Everything came on time, we got exactly what we ordered, and the restaurant and employees made me feel safe. I recommend this restaurant to those who love to eat different variants of meats.

I visited Sultan Steak with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was a series of disappointments regarding both service and technical execution. Service & Initial Order: We were seated immediately, which was a plus. However, the service was lacking from the start. Our waitress was unprofessional while taking the order, and when we realized—seconds after ordering—that there was a lunch offer available, she simply told us it was "too late" to switch. For a premium restaurant, a bit of flexibility and a more welcoming attitude would be expected. The Food: • Salad: Fresh, crisp, and delicious. This was the highlight of the meal. • The Steak (The Main Issue): We ordered two Lokum Steaks, medium-well. 1. First Attempt: Both steaks arrived well-done. We sent them back. To the supervisor's credit, he was professional and replaced them without negotiation. 2. Second Attempt: This time, the steaks arrived medium-rare. For a specialized, expensive steakhouse, missing the requested temperature twice—and hitting opposite ends of the spectrum (well-done then medium-rare)—is completely unacceptable. I couldn’t finish the meal and chose to pay and leave.
