Absolutely enjoyed the place and seeing my friends/brothers after ages. Captain Abada 🫡. Enjoyed the whole visit and playing padel there. Beautiful prayer area, outdoor CrossFit area and MMA club. UF fighting 💪🏾
One of the best sports of all time. I have been in fitness world for almost two decades but I never been satisfied with my fitness health, performance and routine as when I joined Vandefy and started Calisthenics. If I can go in time, I would have practiced Calisthenics earlier to achieve greater results.
I absolutely love this gym. It’s my first time trying an outdoor gym, and it was fantastic. The swimming pool whilst small in size, is absolutely amazing to use in the daytime and nighttime. The temperature is perfect and it is clean. They also have coffee ready for you to buy, and meals. Very friendly staff also. Thank you guys🙏❤️
The coaches are really good with my 3 year old son. Especially coach Rashad and Abdullah. Coach Rashad has made him feel more confident in the water.
Best gym. Very Friendly and accommodating instructors.
