An outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The Entrecôte steak was cooked perfectly, tender, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The mozzarella sticks were equally amazing and one of the best appetizers I’ve had. What truly made the visit special, however, was the exceptional service. A sincere thank you to Namal for his professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail throughout our visit. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and ensured everything was perfect. Staff like him are a great asset to the restaurant. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back.

Had a really lovely lunch at JW Steakhouse. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, making it perfect for a nice midday break without feeling too formal. The steak was cooked perfectly, juicy, flavourful, and exactly as requested. You can really tell the quality is there. What stood out most was the service. Karena was very attentive and courteous throughout our lunch, making sure everything was smooth and that we were well taken care of. We were also pleasantly surprised with complimentary fruits and chocolates, which was a thoughtful touch and a lovely way to end the meal. Overall, a great lunch experience with excellent food, warm service, and strong attention to detail. Would definitely come back.

While we were checking into our hotel, the front desk informed us about the different restaurants available on site. One of them was this steakhouse, which had been awarded the best steakhouse in Riyadh in 2025, so we decided to try it. The ambience was very nice and the service was great. The onion soup was amazing and the steaks were extremely delicious. Overall, the experience was excellent, though the steak prices were on the higher side.
