I had a wonderful experience at Alforno Restaurant in Makkah. The atmosphere was calm, elegant, and very relaxing. A very special thanks to Mr. Fahad, who truly made our visit exceptional. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, and his care for us felt natural and sincere throughout the entire experience. I have gluten sensitivity (celiac disease), and I really appreciated how professionally and carefully my food was handled. This gave me a lot of comfort and confidence. We ordered the mushroom soup, carpaccio, burrata salad, and mushroom pasta with grilled chicken. Every dish was delicious and beautifully prepared. In my opinion, this is one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever tried. Special thanks as well to Chef Mohammed Ali, who impressed us with every detail of this fine dining experience. My only small note is that the restaurant deserves much more publicity, because the food and service are truly too good to miss.
The food in general exceeded my expectations. Appetizers such as the dynamite shrimp, Caesar salad and calamari were delicious, the rice with lamb was great, and the rib-eye steak was delicious. The cream prolet was amazing.The service was excellent and friendly, especially from Alaa Hawasawi and Sajeeb; they were incredibly polite and kind. This restaurant is well worth a repeat visit and is located in the Hyatt Regency Makkah Hotel.
Ordered a burger orange juice and molten lava cake. Got a starter bread on the house. Lovely service by the two servers. Apologised for a slight delay in the bringing the food out. Very well mannered staff that spoke English and made me feel very welcomed. Will be back inshallah.
Great experience at this restaurant! We really enjoyed the food — especially the spaghetti and the Caesar salad. The iced tea with Yansoon was also excellent. Special thanks to Fahad and Alaa, khaled and Sahbeeb for his great service!
