This is my fifth time staying at this hotel, and it never disappoints. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and professional, and the service is consistently excellent. The location is great, and the overall experience is always enjoyable. I truly appreciate the hospitality and attention to detail. I will definitely continue coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.
My stay at Shirvan Hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team provided top class hospitality with professionalism, warmth and efficiency. Their welcoming attitude and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. A special appreciation to Mr Ashir and Mr Saad for maintaining the room to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. The hotel atmosphere, customer service and the overall hospitality were excellent throughout my stay. I highly recommend Shirvan Hotel to anyone looking for premium hospitality, outstanding service and a memorable stay.
We recently held a training program at Shirvan Hotel’s meeting room facilities, and overall it was a very positive experience. Special thanks to Mr. Wasim, who was extremely supportive, proactive, engaging, and maintained excellent communication throughout the event. His willingness to help and accommodate our requests truly made a difference. The meeting room itself was beautiful, with amazing natural lighting and a great view through the windows, which created a very comfortable atmosphere for our participants. The food was also excellent — especially the pastries, and the lunch quality was very good. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. We noticed that the number of staff available seemed limited, especially when we needed a few last-minute adjustments during the training. In addition, only two microphones were available in the meeting room, while we required extra microphones for two facilitators and participant discussions. The burger presentation was not appealing, and it appeared to be outsourced from another restaurant rather than prepared in-house. It was also delivered slightly later than the agreed timing. As we had a large number of participants, some maintenance and housekeeping issues became noticeable, including missing tissue papers and toilets that required attention and fixing. Overall, we appreciate the hospitality and support provided, and with some operational improvements, the experience could become even better.

They made the check-in and overall stay smooth and comfortable. The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is also perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. A special thanks to Poladh from housekeeping, who did an outstanding job. Yet, what truly elevated my stay was a gesture that spoke volumes about genuine hospitality. A special note of appreciation to “Maya” at the reception, whose attentiveness went far beyond expectations. Noticing that my birthday had passed just two weeks prior, she graciously arranged for a beautifully presented tart inscribed with “Happy Birthday.” It was a simple yet deeply thoughtful gesture, delivered with sincerity and warmth. These are the moments that define exceptional hospitality, not the grand gestures alone, but the quiet, intuitive acts that leave a lasting impression. Experiences like this resonate, linger, and ultimately shape how a place is remembered. My sincere thanks for creating not just a stay, but a memory.
