I visited the hotel lobby and café only, so I can’t comment on the rooms. The lobby was beautiful, elegant, and very welcoming, and the coffee was excellent. A special thanks to Anirban for his outstanding hospitality. He was incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling. He made us feel truly welcome, as if we were guests in his own home. My stay at Raffles Jeddah was truly exceptional in every sense of the word. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality, outstanding service, and meticulous attention to detail, reflecting the hotel’s remarkable level of luxury and professionalism. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, and my room was elegant, spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The view was breathtaking and made my stay even more memorable. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire team for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to ensuring every guest enjoys a perfect experience. Special thanks to the Front Office team for their welcoming attitude and efficient service, as well as the valet parking staff and the doormen for their courtesy, attentiveness, and exceptional hospitality. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Aref from the Room Service team. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail truly stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would like to thank the butler team. They were amazing, and although I forgot their names, I truly appreciate their kind gesture of sending me a birthday cake on my birthday. / I was disappointed with the reception service during my stay. When I mentioned that the dressing room had an unpleasant smell, my comment was not taken seriously. At the very least, I expected to be offered another suite, especially since the hotel is newly opened. The reception team was also not responsive in a professional way. When I requested a blanket, I had to wait around 50 minutes, and the way they responded to me was not acceptable. Overall, the hotel may be new, but the service at reception needs significant improvement.
I do not judge hotels solely by their beauty, the extraordinary comfort of their rooms, or their breathtaking views, although the Raffles Hotel in Jeddah offers all of this at the absolute highest level. What I value first and foremost are the people and their ability to make you feel at home, even thousands of kilometers away. The Raffles Hotel is not only extraordinarily beautiful, but it is one of those rare places capable of combining elegance, style, and hospitality at the highest level. The Food and Beverage team’s smiles shine like gems, welcoming you with sincere warmth and superlative professionalism. After years of living abroad and having visited the most important hotels in the world, I can say with certainty that the F&B department of this property is truly extraordinary. Congi, Fabrizio, and Chef Carmine: you are doing an exceptional job. It is certainly important to provide guests with wonderful cuisine, a prestigious selection of drinks, and impeccable service, but what makes your venue different and unique are the smiles of your team, their attitude, and their genuine ability to make you feel "Good" with a capital G. My highest compliments.
